What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email, and message you provided, plus the optional fields (company, timeline, budget, source). As you browse, our analytics and advertising tools record standard usage data — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser — and set cookies to do it.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure traffic and see which pages and ads bring people here. These set their own cookies and share data with Google and Meta, who may use it to build audiences and show you Pondir ads elsewhere, including remarketing. Aggregate page-view counts also come from Vercel, our host. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t try to identify you by name from any of this.

Your choices

You can limit this with your browser’s cookie controls, a tracker or ad blocker, Google’s opt-out add-on, or the ad-settings pages on Google and Meta.

Where data lives

Form submissions are delivered by Resend to dylan@pondir.com. The site is hosted by Vercel, which also produces aggregate page-view counts. Google and Meta process the analytics and pixel data described above under their own privacy policies. We do not store form submissions in our own database; once we’ve replied, the message lives in our inbox and nowhere else.

How to remove your data

Email dylan@pondir.com and ask. We’ll delete the inbox thread and confirm in writing. If you subscribed to the journal, the unsubscribe link in any email also removes you from the list.
